EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

We keep things simple so you can count on good food and a smooth weekly rhythm. Elliot Farm is beginning small on purpose, opening one Greenville-area neighborhood route at a time so each week’s baking, packing, and delivery can remain simple, personal, and exceptional.

Delivery

Your Elliot Farm Box is delivered to the address on your membership each week on your neighborhood’s regular route day. Delivery days and approximate windows vary by route and will be confirmed before your first box.

Weekly Cutoff

Make changes, skip a week, or add extras before the weekly cutoff shown in your member account. Changes made after the cutoff may not apply to the upcoming box.

Weekly Updates

You’ll receive a weekly email with the menu, delivery reminder, available add-ons, and any important route updates.

Skip or Pause

Skip a week or pause your membership anytime. Changes must be made before the weekly cutoff for your upcoming delivery.

Billing

You’ll be billed weekly before your upcoming delivery. Your billing date and next scheduled box are shown in your member account.

Add-Ons

Available extras can be added to your upcoming box through the member portal before the weekly cutoff. Recurring additions remain on your membership until changed.

Delivery Instructions

Please provide a safe, shaded, and accessible location for your delivery. Keep your address, mobile number, gate information, and delivery instructions current in your account.

Completed Deliveries

We’ll send a notification after your box has been delivered. Once an order has been delivered to the address and location provided, the customer is responsible for promptly retrieving and properly storing the contents.

If we cannot safely access the delivery location, we will contact you when reasonably possible. Redelivery is not guaranteed.

Allergies & Ingredients

Our kitchen handles wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and other common allergens. Ingredient information is shared each week, but cross-contact can occur and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Here are answers to a few common ones.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account before the weekly cutoff.

Each neighborhood is assigned a regular route day. Individual delivery-day changes are generally not available, but you may skip the upcoming box before the weekly cutoff.

We currently deliver to select neighborhoods in the Greenville area and are opening new routes gradually. Enter your address when joining to confirm whether your neighborhood is currently active.

If severe weather or another emergency affects a delivery route, we’ll contact members as soon as possible with updated timing or instructions.

Refrigerate the eggs promptly after delivery. Store bread and baked goods according to the instructions included with your box for the best freshness.
